Recent Projects have included working with the Cabinet Office and Department for Communities and Local Government to deliver workspace programmes in the South West under the ‘Empty Offices Scheme’.
We successfully delivered two schemes under the ‘Launchpoint’ sub brand, with us taking leases / licences of redundant office space from Government departments / agencies on a short term basis. We then refurbished and configured the space to provide easy in – easy out flexible workspace and workstations for start up and early stage businesses, married to bespoke business support solutions for the companies. All wrapped up in a simple all inclusive monthly licence fee for the end user.

GW1 operated as easy-in / easy-out serviced workshops in the heart of Swindon. Home for up to ten businesses, totalling 6,000 sqft.
We vacated the site in early 2014 to enable the comprehensive redevelopment of the area to create Swindon’s University Technical College.
